1. Interview & Selection
(i)

Schedule interview with candidates. Interviews can be held personally, via teleconference, videoconference or any such viable media as suitable to the Client & Candidate.

(ii)

Final Selection of candidates for employment.

(iii)

Salary Negotiation.

(iv)

Contract Signing.

2. Processing (for overseas assignment)
(i)

Reference Check- verification of documents/testimonials and attestation from the concerned authorities and Embassy/Consulate of the country where the candidate is employed.

(ii)

Medical Examination of the selected candidates.

(iii)

Police Verification.

(iv)

Visa Processing following the acceptance of Job offer by the candidate.

(v)

Visa Processing following the acceptance of Job offer by the candidate.

(vi)

Travel Arrangement & Deployment of the candidate.
